AeroShield awarded $200,000 MassVentures START Phase II grant

AeroShield is proud to announce we have been selected as a Phase II Recipient for the MassVentures START program. The START program specifically supports Massachusetts-based companies that have achieved Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) status and have demonstrated significant progress towards commercialization. AeroShield was eligible for Phase II of the START program after winning a Phase I award in 2022 and demonstrating continued success, progress, and executing on grant deliverables. This grant is a testament to our teams’ dedication to developing cutting-edge solutions for energy-efficient windows. Aerogels have always been an exciting but challenging material to work with, and our team has made huge strides in scaling, integrating, and manufacturing these materials. Our team is incredibly grateful for the recognition and support provided by the START program. Support from START helps us get one step closer to transforming the way we think about sustainable construction and building energy efficiency.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and drive sustainable change in the window industry.
